Diet week 2

So here is the break down of the numbers...I have to lose 6 pounds a week to get under 200 pounds in 6 months, that will be 144 pounds. I have to lose 193 totall pounds so if I can keep my pace of 6 pounds a week I think I can lose it by january. I am supper excited cause I have already lost 14 punds in 8 days!!!!!
